A lot of what is needed to share with other parties in a transaction, is classified and confidential. Other material only needs to be shared in a later stage of the process, and only to selected parties.

Make sure you can provide the needed security for the to-be-disclosed documents and protect both seller and buyer against unwanted exposure of information about their company, private situation and credentials.
